A fortnight after wowing audiences at SXSW, all-female folk trio Mountain Man have wasted little time announcing details of a debut album. Having just signed to Bella Union, the Vermont-based band will now release Made The Harbor on June 11th. Fans of harmony-rich Americana will certainly warm to their blissful sound, which looks like becoming the latest chapter in an ongoing folk revival led by the likes of Fleet Foxes and Joanna Newsom.

Anyone who simply can’t wait that long should head directly over to the ladies’ Bandcamp page, where a self-titled mini-album of Appalachian goodness can be downloaded for the meagre price of $5. Alternatively, hit up the group’s MySpace for more info.
