If any band deserve to step up and play a 1,500-capacity venue, it’s Field Music. The Wearside boys released one of the best albums of the last decade - considered so by both ourselves and a poll of fellow artists; their latest record Field Music (Measure) should have been among this year’s Mercury Prize nominations and well, they’re thoroughly nice chaps to boot. So we’re delighted then that the Brewis’ are set to play London’s Koko on November 23. Tickets are a mere £11.50 (plus booking fee) and available here.

Don’t forget Field Music also play the Electric Picnic festival this Sunday and stick around Ireland next week for shows in Cork (Wednesday), Dublin (Thursday) and Belfast (Friday).
