Super Extra Bonus Party - Night Horses

What's it called? The new album is called Night Horses, named after a specific breed of horse found mainly in County Waterford. These horses are only visible at night, during the day they turn into...day horses. ahem.

Where, when and with whom was it recorded? The bulk of the recording was done in Ardmore in county Waterford in a lovely little place called Rusheens, but it wouldn't be a bonus party album without the obligatory recording stint in the kitchen where the first album was recorded… Lovely. It was recorded yet again by your friend and mine, Captain Sean Corcoran with the band once again taking on production duties. Fuck, this is far too straight laced for the likes of us… Just say we did it in the Botanic Gardens with Alf Ramsay and the cast of Showdown In Little Tokyo!

What can we expect? As for the album itself,it's a lot darker than the first record which we all agreed on -that said, there are still some party tracks there, including the first single 'radar' with Cadence Weapon, Canadian MC and all round nice guy. We've really pushed ourselves musically and because of the eclecticism inherent in the band, we wanted to make sure that we weren't just retracing our steps.

When's it due out? It's due out in May, where we will be promoting it with a worldwide tour, limited to ireland and hopefully a few festivals, after that onto the UK and Europe or the U.S... Who knows? We're just excited as fuck that the thing is nearly finished.

When will it leak!? It will leak when it's wrestled from my hands by an overbearing sumo wrestler between the Fatima and Rialto stops on the Luas on a Tuesday morning, it will be cloudy and there's a fifty percent chance he'll leg it home and shove it onto the pirate bay and all will be happy except NASA who we recently signed a distro deal with...they'll be fuckin rockets at Japan in no time.
