Fresh from his Ivor Novello success, Conor O'Brien brought his Villagers to the Shepherd's Bush Empire stage last weekend. As ever, the Dubliners were delicate, breathtaking and brilliant. You could have heard a pin drop in West London, such was the attention the little man with the little guitar commanded.
