The Tough Alliance, or TTA, is an electro duo of childhood friends Henning Fürst and Eric Berglund from Gothenburg, Sweden. The pair debuted with two EP’s in 2004 before releasing their debut The New School on the influential local Service imprint a year later. After a limited edition full length detour on 2006’s Escaping Your Ambitions (on their own Sincerely Yours label, latterly home to Air France), TTA released a follow up ‘proper’ A New Chance’ a year later. Debut The New School received a wider release in mid 2009 while awaiting new material.
