Originally the stage name used when singer/guitarist Scott Hutchison began playing shows while at art college in Glasgow in 2003, Frightened Rabbit doubled in size when brother Grant joined on drums a year later and became a three-piece with the addition of Billy Kennedy (not the bloke from Neighbours whose now in House). They released debut Sing The Greys on home grown label Hits The Fan in 2006 and the album was re-released and remastered when they signed to Fat Cat a year later. Critical breakthrough The Midnight Organ Fight - voted Ragged Words third best album of 2008 - followed under the production of Interpol and The National alumni Peter Katis leading Frightened Rabbit to swell to four with keyboardist/ guitarist Andy Monaghan joining.
